We had a great time at Studio 5738 getting Hannah ready for her AACP Pageant held in Houston, TX over Labor Day weekend. Christopher of Ferocity Cosmetics and Pageant Services had been coaching this lovely young lady and did her hair and makeup, while Paul of Stanek Photography, and I worked on her portfolio. The floor and walls aren’t paint yet but we have had a few clients already at the new studio. The New studio is located at 5738 Evers Rd, and is in the Rios Crystal Plaza. Jennifer had purchased one of our certificates from KSAT deal of the day and was ready to redeem it before going back for a months visit to her home in Yorkshire, England. Chris of Ferocity Cosmetics and Pageant services was on hand to freshen up this lovely ladies hair and makeup and it took little time to have her ready for her session. Judy was another of our young talent in Mc Allen, TX. Not only is she a talented young model, but she is also a makeup artist and was very helpful in getting some of the others ready for our photo shoot. Judy is truly a charming young lady, and great to work with

Leo was another of the fine talent we photographed in McAllen, TX. This was the first time for most of these young people to be involved with a photo shoot and they were all great and very helpful with each other. It was quite a long day for many of them, they were in training from 10 am to 2pm then we started shooting around 3pm and I finally packed everything up at midnite for the drive back to San Antonio. There is a lot of fine talent in the valley just waiting to be discovered.

Christopher is not only my makeup artist and hair stylist, but I sometimes use him as a model too. I was wanting to work on some natural light photos and he helped out on location up at the LBJ ranch park near Johnson City.

I hope to shoot some more up in the Fredricksburg area this next year. There are some wonderful rustic locations there.
Allen came down from Austin back in Sept, he was needing a head shot session for his portfolio at PMT. I was a hot afternoon, but we did our best to keep in the shade till the sun was just right for some golden photos of this young actor. Allen has previously appeared in “Friday Night Lights”, a televisions series about high school football in Texas.

Yessika, was an amazing young model. Bright, bubbley and very willing to take direction and try new things. We actually have some photos where she looks like a young Yoko Ono in her sunglasses. I hope she does well in her career.
